La barbajada si realizza preparando la cioccolata col cacao, lo zucchero e l’acqua bollente aggiungendo poi il caffè e il latte e continuando a cuocere finché il composto non apparirà omogeneo, si verserà allora in 4 tazze accompagnando con panna montata.
